|-5.5 ASU (-108) @ pinnacle|
Arizona State came back from a covid layoff down 4 players including vet point guard Remy Martin, dropping both games, tho still taking UCLA to OT. Remy Martin is back, as is another one of the 4, House, to help the bench a bit. 2 bigs Graham and Cherry remain out, but the team is in far better shape than last week and Martin being back is the key.
Oregon State is a terrible team. They just lost by 36 at home to Arizona, and this is a team that has terrible home losses already to lowly Portland and Wyoming teams. The talent level between these 2 teams here is not real close, especially with Martin back in the fold. I dont see Oregon St having much of a shot to beat a team with a some high end talent like ASU, they're just lacking players, and likely lacking confidence after whatever the hell that was last game vs Arizona. Not remotely surprising seeing this team lose home games by damn near 40 considering how little separation they showed from lousy teams in the nonconference.
Take my chances here with the significantly more talented team with their star PG back in the fold that will come in hungry. Clear upside for a strong pullaway
