|HOU (-123) @ pinnacle|
My play is on Houston.
After winning one of their three games in Atlanta, Houston did what they had to do to extend the series back to Houston.
They say a seven game series doesn't start until you win a game in your opppnent's building, and both teams have. Now we have one or possibly two games left in a winner take all scenario. Houston will want to come out with the bats after being shut down for most of the series, and some home cooking is exactly what they need.
Houston will want to take advantage of Braves leftie Max Fried, who after plaing lights out and not walking a single runner at one point in the playoffs, has lost his last two starts, failing to get past the 5th inning in his last two starts, taking the loss both times and giving up 15 hits and 11 runs. Prior to the last two games the Braves had won eight straight of Max Fried's starts.
The Braves have roasted left handers all season batting a league leading .271 against them, including their gmae 2 win vs Fried.
The Braves are 1-5 in their last five games in Houston, with their lone win coming in game one.
Take Houston to extend the series.
