|-120 (True) - 2-Team Teaser (CHI-DET Over 34.5, Dallas -0.5) @ sportsinteraction|
My selection is on a two-team teaser of the Bears and Lions 'over' 34.5 and Dallas -0.5 points on Thursday.
I like the way this two-teamer sets up beginning with the 'over' in Detroit. While both the Bears and Lions boast limited offenses, we're also talking about two defenses that are subpar at best (despite what we saw in last Sunday's low-scoring games involving the two teams). Both offenses are capable of exposing the weaknesses of their opposition with Chicago allowing right around 4.6 yards per rush and Detroit among the worst in the league at defending big plays through the air (look for the Dalton-Mooney connection to shine for at least one day). In the later game we'll get the Cowboys down to a virtual pk'em against the reeling Raiders. While Dallas doesn't come in playing its best football and will admittedly be missing some key cogs on both sides of the football, I expect it to prevail against a Las Vegas squad whose season is currently circling the drain. After last year's Thanksgiving Day debacle against division-rival Washington, look for Dallas to make amends here (Dak Prescott was of course sidelined for last year's game). The Raiders play-action heavy offense has seemingly been figured out by opposing defenses while I suspect the Vegas defense will have a tough time getting off the field against a still-dynamic Cowboys offense, even without Amari Cooper and possibly CeeDee Lamb as well.
