Drew Smyly is off to a concerning start. His spin rate and velocity were down, and while several of his runs against in DC were unearned, he had that one big inning that killed him. His HR against rate is up the last few years as he finds the strike zone more, and I think that's going to be a problem tonight. Philly hit Ian Anderson well last night, and I think they'll do it again tonight in the warm weather with the wind blowing out a bit.
-I'm not worried about the Braves offense against a lefty here, as Matt Moore isn't anything to write home about. Both pitchers got pretty banged up last night, and the bullpens were used a lot. Sunday night magic in Atlanta usually drives in some runs, as the Braves lead the league in BA and runs per game (7.7) on Sundays last year.
