Chris Elliott: ELLIOTT'S SITUATIONAL SLAM-DUNK ~ SPECIAL FOR ONLY $25!
The Buffs already annihilated the Cougars by 22 points earlier in the year and I think a similar destruction is in the cards tonight.
Washington State comes in with zero momentum as well, having lost two straight and seven of its last ten.
Buffs fans can empathize though, as Colorado backed its way into the conference tournament off four straight losses.
Washington State is also just 6-9 ATS this year in revenging a loss vs. an opponent, while Colorado is 3-1 ATS in its last four off an upset loss as a favorite.
Dave Cokin: PAC-12 BEST BET!
I'm betting on a team that's on a four or more game losing streak to end the regular season and is now favored in its first tournament game. Great chance for a team to reset against a weaker opponent and this angle has been a very procutive profit maker for several seasons. It's already 2-0 this March and I'l expect another paycheck on this outcome.
Ben Burns: WED. 10* CBB PERSONAL FAVORITE! (46-28 YTD!)
The Buffaloes won this season's previous meeting by 22 points. I expect another double-digit win this evening. The Cougars know they're outclassed in this one. With six losses in their past seven, they don't have much confidence. Having already played their last three on the road and understandably concerned about the coronavirus back home in Washington, its going to be tough to get the Cougars to play up to Colorado's level. Their last two losses came by a combined 30 points. Note that the Cougars are just 7-17 SU/ATS the past 24 times that they were off b2b conference losses. The Buffaloes come in on a losing streak of their own. Unlike the Cougars, they still believe that they can make some noise in this tournament.
