Background: I have been involved in Martial Arts for the majority of my life. I'm a former head instructor at Kalikas Tae Kwon Do in Canton, Ohio and hold the rank of 3rd Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do & American Freestyle Karate. I was also selected as a member of the Professional Karate Commission United States Karate Team from 1994-2000. In 2003, I began covering the sport of mixed martial arts (MMA) as a host of PKW Live, a weekly MMA Radio show that focused primarily on Martial Arts and MMA.
